Danny Carter, the founder of I Buy Indy Houses, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California, holds a B.A in Business Administration with an Option in Real Estate from California State University Los Angeles, and have been an active investor in California and the Midwest since 2013.
We specializes in the identification, acquisition, and rehabilitation of distressed real estate. Once rehabbed, these properties are either sold for retail value to homeowners or kept in the company’s rental portfolio.
We provide win-win solutions to help homeowners get out of their sticky situations… like Foreclosure, owning a burdensome property, probate, or anything else. At I Buy Indy Houses, we focus on providing you with a solution to your situation so you can continue to do the things you love.
Since its founding in 2016, Our Company has been involved in over 20 real estate transactions, acquiring 9 rental units for long-term hold, with plans to acquire a minimum of 15 more rental units by the end of 2019.
